– APPOINTMENTS
a. Booking in advance is always suggested. Walk-ins are accepted upon availability. Please book your appointments online through our website and make sure to select any staff. It’s possible that the technician may be different from the one you initially booked unless you specifically request their service. If you are unable to select a technician during the booking process, please contact the salon directly for assistance. Additionally,We will send a confirmation after you have successfully booked your appointment, please ensure that all your information is accurate.
– CANCELLATION AND ARRIVAL
a. All cancellations must be made more than 1 hour before your appointment. No-shows, late cancellations, and parties of 3 or more must check in 10 minutes prior to the appointment time, otherwise, your appointments will not be guaranteed. In addition, a 30% security deposit is required. Any changes to the time or services must be notified 24 hours prior to your appointment time, otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. Please arrive on time; we will do our best to ensure your appointment starts promptly. We are unable to accommodate appointments. if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. In such cases, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and a $10 cancellation fee will be charged.
– PAYMENT AND GRATUITY
a. We accept most credit cards.
b. We recommend a gratuity of 20% of the full price of services provided. Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our technicians in cash or via Venmo. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk.
– NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All services, gift cards, nail polish, sales items are non-returnable and final.

( a 3 days guarantee on our classic manicure and a 7 days guaranteed on our Color Gel Manicure,should your manicure chip within this time frame) Before booking complimentary services, please call or email us on the day of your appointment.
